Online Orientation

MCard access to the Visualization Studio allows students, faculty and staff the opportunity to use our resources any time the Duderstadt Center is open.

To obtain MCard access, you will need to complete a brief online orientation through Canvas. This orientation will cover the proper use of the various devices available to you as well as rules for operating within our spaces.

Card readers are cleared each Fall semester, so if you have had MCard access in the past we ask you to please re-take the orientation to regain your MCard access. If Canvas shows you have completed all modules, you may skip to the last step and resubmit the user agreement.

Authorization for MCard access is usually completed within 24 hours of completing the online orientation – you will receive an email informing you when access has been granted.
