SPACE REQUEST

RESERVE SOME TIME

space is limited

You must be logged into a University of Michigan Google account in order to view the scheduling calendar

Reservations are non-exclusive, meaning patrons are still welcome to come into the Visualization Studio and use any available workstations.

Due to the popularity of our resources, please submit a request to reserve our Visualization Studio space for your course. This way we can guarantee there will be workstations available for your students ahead of your class session. Notifying us in advance that you would like to host a class in the Visualization Studio also allows us to prepare for your students – we make sure Oculus is updated and that any software you require is working properly. Approval is usually issued quickly, as long as there are no conflicts.

For classes that require regular weekly meetings in the Visualization Studio for an entire semester, place a reservation through the Duderstadt Center.

If this is your first time utilizing our spaces, an orientation is recommended. Class orientations allow students in your course to sign up for after-hours MCard access to the Visualization Studio. Orientations cover Oculus setup, device handling and general Visualization Studio etiquette.
